Understand what is known about the company and what to clarify before sending money. Start with its name or a link.

Company and offer: Compare the name, website and available registration records; state whether manufacturer status is supported.
Reviews, complaints and gaps: Search public discussions and complaints, including Reddit. Separate buyer accounts from verified facts and identify unavailable information.
What to do before paying: Receive sources with check dates, a risk list and specific questions for the supplier. No complaints found does not by itself establish reliability.

What will I receive?

A report with sources, reasons for conclusions, open questions and next steps. A product match and future delivery are not guaranteed. A draft contract needs review by a qualified lawyer.

Evidence-based supplier assessment

An operator completes this after research. It is not a delivery guarantee or a marketplace’s hidden score. Each conclusion needs a source and review date.

A removed review may exist in a public snapshot. Archives are incomplete; no record does not mean no complaints. A snapshot alone proves neither removal nor the review’s accuracy. Automated archive search is not connected yet.

What you receive and who helps

China Trade Resolve is an independent project run by Eduard Tsagolov in Serbia. AI helps search public sources; a person reviews each report before publication.

A real report would show the company name, registry link and review date here. Manufacturer status is checked separately against documents and production evidence.

A trader may suit a smaller order. The report would distinguish the product source, warranty terms and information still awaiting verification.

Minimum order, unit and total prices, sample, production time, shipping and included items. Missing quotes and documents are marked as requiring clarification.
