Who is responsible for the review
ChinaTradeResolve is an independent project operating from Serbia. It helps connect order terms, payment records, supplier messages and dispute evidence into one clear picture. Automated tools may organise materials, but important case conclusions require human review.

No. The outcome depends on the evidence, contract, payment method, marketplace rules and the supplier’s response.
Do you work only with Alibaba disputes?
No. Cases may involve Alibaba, AliExpress, Made-in-China or direct supplier contracts.
Are you a law firm?
No. ChinaTradeResolve is not a law firm. It helps organise evidence and next steps; a draft claim or message may be prepared only when that is separately agreed for the specific case.
How is AI used?
The public assistant gives general process and evidence guidance. AI may also help organise and compare materials, but important conclusions and outgoing documents require human review.
Who can see my materials?
Documents can be uploaded only through the private case link. Access is limited to the agreed review; files are not sent to a supplier, marketplace or other third party without an action agreed with you.
