Good sample: how do you specify the bulk order?

Request separate quotes for 100 and 1,000 units: price, minimum order, production time and sample terms. Record the exact model, materials, dimensions, tolerances, accessories and packaging. For electronics, add version, power supply, compatibility and required functions. “As pictured” is not enough.

Agree written acceptance criteria: what is checked, how, when and who pays for inspection. Keep the approved sample or its identifier. Specify what happens with defects, component substitutions and delays. One good sample does not establish the quality of the entire batch.

Put agreed specifications in the order and a contract attachment; retain messages and file versions. We can help prepare questions, supplier letters and draft documents.
